Ms. Compton has over 30 years experience providing individual, couples and family therapy addressing a wide range of mental, physical and emotional disorders. Her history includes over 20 years in private practice addressing individual, relationship and work problems. She has provided systems consultation to an in-home treatment program, private elementary schools and Master level social work students and their supervisors. She also has 10 years of experience providing psychotherapy in a community mental health center setting serving children and adults. Ms. Compton began her career working in hospitals as a mental health specialist on a multi-disciplinary team.
